20K Sq. Ft. Project - Loganville

When the customer first called United Roofing to their location, we discovered multiple leaks in their roof. The original roof was R-Panel with Modified Bitumen (or modbit) over the top. We started off by removing the top layer of modbit, and then we installed a flute-filled TPO system on top of the original R-Panel.

Another issue the client had with their old roof, was an internal gutter that was seriously failing. Our team installed a TPO liner in the entire gutter, effectively creating one, monolithic, seamless gutter.

We wanted to achieve maximum wind uplift rating, and we accomplished that by going over our work with a RhinoBond system, where we secured in the RhinoBond plates into the pearl ends of the building. After that, we conduction-welded the TPO to the RhinoBond plates.

The client now has a 20-year warranty on their roof, and their business can function as normal without the headaches of constant leaks.
